We whole-mill our corn, preserving the character of this deeply nourishing staple - and we are proud to bring it to your table.

Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to boil, whisk into one cup of polenta. Simmer uncovered for 1.5 hours, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Season to taste
