We've teamed up with renowned local farmers and an innovative miller to break from convention and create a production cycle that favors flavor and nutrition over efficiency. Our whole grain flours are whole milled extra fine for an end product of incomparable texture, performance, and taste. Our pastas are made with bronze dies and slowly air-dried adding surface friction that sauces cling to. All of our products are made in small batches with whole grain from small-scale harvests to highlight the grain's varied and rich flavors.
