Refund policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of our products due to food safety standards. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly at orders@communitygrains.com within 30 days of delivery with a picture of the issue for us to send a replacement!Â
If you need to cancel your order, please email us to let us know as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once your order has been fulfilled (fulfillment may occur anytime from the day you place your order to several business days after, depending on type of product, day of the week ordered, and time of year). No refunds will be offered for orders that have already been fulfilled. This pertains to individual orders as well as subscriptions.

In the event that there are issues with an order or you cancel an order prior to fulfillment, please note that it may take several days for the refund to show up on your card. If you have not received a refund within 15 days, please contact us at orders@communitygrains.com.
